BranDuleks is committed to providing high-quality educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses, subscriptions, and other services purchased through branduleks.com.
Course Refunds
Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you meet all of the following conditions:
You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
You have not completed any assessments or quizzes
Your purchase was made directly through our platform
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. All refunds are issued as full refunds of the original purchase price when eligibility criteria are met.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
You have accessed 20% or more of the course content
You have completed any assessments, received a certificate, or downloaded course materials
The course was purchased through a third-party platform or reseller
The course was purchased using a promotional code or during a special discount period
You have violated our Terms of Service
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase if you have accessed fewer than 3 courses and have not downloaded any materials. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team at contact@branduleks.com. We will work to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund period.
Course Cancellation
If BranDuleks cancels or discontinues a course that you have purchased, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price or the option to transfer your enrollment to a comparable course of equal or lesser value.
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to contact@branduleks.com with the following information:
Your full name and account email address
Order number or transaction ID
Course or subscription name
Reason for the refund request
Date of purchase
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds in the form of credit, gift certificates, or alternative payment methods.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before involving your payment provider.
If a chargeback is found to be invalid or fraudulent, BranDuleks reserves the right to pursue collection and may restrict your access to our services permanently.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All purchases are processed in the currency displayed at the time of checkout. Refunds are issued in the same currency and amount as the original transaction. BranDuleks is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or fluctuations in exchange rates that may affect the final amount you receive.
Exceptions and Modifications
BranDuleks reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Any exceptions granted do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future transactions.
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
